She and her family are active in their church and community, as well as, abroad in missions. When asked why she does what she does Beth replied, “It’s what I have been called to do. Teaching is a ministry opportunity. No child is the same. You have to build relationships with children and gain their trust. Once you do that, the sky’s the limit. They genuinely want someone to love and value them for who they are right now. Sometimes that’s not pretty. I try to meet their needs right where they are. The rest usually falls right into place. God is faithful because I give every high and every low to Him. He honors my work and blesses me more than I deserve. I am truly blessed to be able to work at Three Oaks Middle School.”
